I'd like to thank you for sorting out my boiler problem so promptly and in such a professional manner.

I had already engaged one company to sort the problem who came out, did'nt really know what they were doing and said they would be back in touch, they never did get back in touch and I spent several days trying to find someone else to come out and take a look at the boiler and along the way as a result of many phone calls made I came to the conclusion that yours is an industry rife with cowboys whose main personal characteristics were arrogance and ignorance with an equal measure of rudeness so it was a refreshing change to speak to you and then have one of your repairmen come out to take a look at the problem on the day and at the time he said he would.

He methodically worked through the possible faults and ordered the parts, these arrived promptly and he then proactively contacted me to arrange fitting, I found him professional, courteous and very personable which is at the opposite end of the scale from others I have spoken to so overall I am very happy and impressed with the service I have received from you and I shall not hesitate in recommending Brookhouse Gas Services to others.

We are very pleased with the new radiators and were impressed with Simon and Alex who fitted them - it was nice to see young men that take pride in their work!

Are you sick and tired of arranging an appointment with a workman and they never turn up, or are hours late?.  Well Nick is not like that, he phoned when he said he was going to phone, he arrived EARLY when he came to quote, how often does that happen?

Nick visited last friday and I now have hot water and heating!!!!!(Just in time for the cold summer).  It was all done professional and within estimated time and cost.

Nick Woodward is without doubt one of the best workmen I have found.  I have no problems strongly recommending the guy.
